The Local Association of Local Self-Governments “Lviv Agglomeration” announces the commencement of a tender procedure for the procurement of visual material printing services.
This procurement is conducted as part of the grant project “Together for Better Services: Inter-municipal Cooperation in the Lviv Agglomeration,” implemented under a Grant Agreement with the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine as part of the project “Strengthening Multi-level Governance and Local Democracy in Support of Ukraine’s Recovery.”

Eligibility: We invite individuals and legal entities with proven experience in providing printing services, specifically in the production of informational, promotional, and visual presentation materials, to participate.

Submission Requirements: All tender participants must complete the Cost Estimate for Services (detailing the work plan and planned budget) as provided in Annex 2 of the Service Agreement (see attached).
